The board meets monthly on the first Tuesday at noon at 1980 Post Oak Blvd, Suite 1380, Houston, Texas 77056, with the exception of the meetings held in April and October, which are held within the District at 7930 Fall Creek Bend Drive, Humble, Texas 77369.

The Board’s regular meetings are held at a designated meeting place located outside the District at 1980 Post Oak Blvd, Suite 1380, Houston, Texas 77056. The meeting place of the Board located within the District is 7930 Fall Creek Bend Drive, Humble, Texas 77369.
